WELLNESS WITH DANNI - YOGA
Danni discovered yoga in 2002. Yoga; asana, meditation and breath work, soon became an indispensable part of her life.
“I fundamentally believe I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Yoga, it’s shaped me on every level; physically, mentally and energetically.”
Danni completed her first 200 hour teacher training through Yoga Haven in Brighton in 2010 and her second 200 hour teacher training through Yard Yoga in Forest Row in 2023. Danni is passionate about guiding others to experience the many benefits of yoga that have been part of her life for over 20 years.
“As a teacher I love to know the why behind Yoga and am continually learning and exploring, and I aim to share this with my yogis. I see a yoga class as a practice and like to bring in an element of playfulness and exploration. I aim to create a space for yogis to leave their cares behind, to move in a way that supports their needs in the moment, and to leave more ready to take on the day.”

Hatha Yoga with Simone
Simone Yoga, based in East Grinstead, has a Yoga class for everyone, whether you are a beginner or already have a more advanced practice, the classes are open to all abilities. There are more relaxed to stronger classes available. The Hatha Yoga based sessions work with the body, mind and breath for an active yet calming Yoga practice.

Eurythmy UK Winter Festival at Peredur

Ashtanga Free Flow
Class for people with some experience in yoga who love to flow as well as experimenting with new postures to deepen and maintain their practice.
CMAG Creative Music Art Group
CMAG art group is a group of artists, skilled and beginners and all in betweens! It is a drop- in life drawing session held in a large light space for two hours every Monday 11 am-1 pm during term times. {Please arrive 10/15 minutes before 11 am to set up } There will be at least one unclothed or clothed model for each session. The cost is £14 per session. Once a term there will also be an afternoon tutored session on a specific theme from 2.30 -5.30 pm please ask when these are if you are interested. Ursula is available at all sessions for help and advice. Please bring your own art materials. Easels and boards are available and there is paper for sale. Graduation Performance in Speech + Drama by Matej Rybka
The ‘Speech and Drama Studio’, in association with Agnes Zehnter, ‘AmWort’, Dornach, will present the graduation performance of Matej Rybka. Matej has been working, since his Eurythmy Graduation in Stourbridge last year, towards obtaining a Goetheanum recognised Diploma in Creative Speech (Sprachgestaltung) with both Geoff and Agnes. He is happy to share his multi-language program with all interested.
Peredur Eurythmy Winter Festival
Peredur Eurythmy will be putting on their wonderful Winter Festival with craft stalls, warming festive soups, roast chestnuts, mulled juice, mince pies, children’s crafts, fire-bowls and a magical eurythmy performance of ‘Mother Frost’ in collaboration with local children.
Come along from 10:30 am - 3:30pm. Free entry and limited free parking.
Performances are at 11am, 12pm and 1pm. Suggested donation at the door for show: £8/£5 concession.
Epic Dance
Saturday classes at Peredur Centre. Dancers will be working towards a production of ’Dances from The Nutcracker’ which will be performed at 3.30pm on Saturday 10th of December at Peredur.
The Nutcracker is such a delicious, festive piece so we’ll have a treat in store for you soon!

Gateway Club
East Grinstead Gateway Club
The Gateway Club at East Grinstead has been running since October 1988. It is a local club intended for older teenagers and adults held at Peredur fortnightly on a Thursday evening, except for the month of August and during the Christmas break. The programme is of a social nature with the members choosing the activities. The club is run by local volunteers assisted by the Club Leader, Diane King, who runs both the Mid-Sussex Club and the East Grinstead Club which is a separate registered charity.
